As a direct unvented cylinder, this unit utilizes high-performance internal immersion heaters to heat the water directly. It is supplied as standard with two 3kW incoloy immersion heaters. This dual-element setup allows for versatile heating configurations, such as utilizing off-peak electricity tariffs (like Economy 7) for the bottom heater while keeping the top heater available for a rapid "boost" if extra hot water is needed.
