Same Day Dispatch

By placing your order before 4pm it will be dispatched on the same day for in stock iterms. If your order is over £150, next day delivery is free for Mainland UK delivery and sent via Parcelforce 24. If your order is over £100, standard delivery (3-5 days) is free for Mainland UK delivery. If ordered after the cutoff it will be dispatched the next working day. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.  We are unable to dispatch on a Bank Holiday and if you place an order during a Bank Holiday period and select Next Day please allow an extra day for your order to arrive.  Stock items marked 'Delivery Usually in 3-5 days' are excluded from Same Day Dispatch.  Supplies and prices of PPE equipment is constantly under review and prices are subject to change without notice.  Please ring the Bridgwater branch for availibility of stock if required.

Next Day Delivery

Simply place your order by 4pm Monday to Friday and we will get your parts to you tomorrow (except if it is Friday those will arrive on Monday or if you have choosen parcelforce or royal mail).  The delivery driver may take photographic evidence of the parcel being delivered. 

Collection at our Trade Counters

Your order/s can be collected at our Bridgwater or London at no extra cost.
For Collections, if items are in stock they will be ready to collect immediately/withing 24 hours, if items are not in stock we will be in touch. We recommend calling us before ordering for any urgent collections/orders.

Free Delivery

Where the Goods value is of, or over, £100** on orders to Mainland UK, on a standard service, no delivery charge will be applied. For all other orders charges will be calculated by weight and location.

What do I do if no-one is available to take delivery?

The courier will leave a calling card and inform you as to whether delivery will be attempted again or if you need to collect your parcel.

Is delivery guaranteed?

Delivery is not guaranteed. Unfortunately once the items leave our warehouse it is in the hands of our couriers to deliver. We currently use Royal Mail, Parcelforce & DPD. A particular courier can be selected at checkout. 

Can I request that my delivery be left without a signature?

Yes, but beware, as the carriers’ insurance policy will NOT cover you or us for loss or damage on ‘Leave without Signature’ deliveries.  If you still wish this option please specify a safe, dry location away from any recycling/refuse bins.  This option is at your own risk.

We recommend you specify an address where you know someone can take delivery of your order, be that a neighbour, a relative or a work address.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, there is an opportunity for you to enter your delivery address.

When should I receive my order?

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday. If you placed your order before 4pm you will receive your order the next day if DPD is selected at checkout. Please allow 3-5 extra days if you are in Ireland, Northern Scotland, the Channel Islands or your postcode starts with the letters AB, BT, DD7-11, FX17-22, G83, IV, PA20-48, PA60-78 PH, EX39, JE, GY HS1-9, IM, KA27-28, KW1-17, TR21-25 or ZE.

for postcodes  AB31-56, BT, FK17-21, IV31-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH15-41, PH49-99   select 'Ireland & Northern Scotland' 

for postcodes  HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-78, PO30-41, PH42-44 & TR21, ZE select 'Scottish Islands'  

for postcodes  GY1-9 & JE1-4, select 'Channel Islands'
