What are the benefits of having a trade account?

Most of our account customers are heating engineers who benefit from credit facilities (subject to references), quantity discounts and special offers.   

How do I open an account?

Do I have to have an account to buy from you?

No. You can purchase goods by using your credit/debit card using our secure online transaction facility or by post sending a cheque or by bank transfer (by prior arrangement) for the requisite amount. This can be calculated by entering your selected items into the shopping cart which will automatically price them, adding VAT and delivery.

What does it mean to sign in/save my details?

Signing in is a feature offered by us to make your checkout process quicker and easier. You will have the choice of saving your details once, then for all future transactions simply enter a username and password. You can also view your order history and account details.

Can I have a catalogue sent to me?

Yes, simply email us or enter your request on our Contact Us page. We prefer sending digital catalogues to help minimise paper wastage.
