Returns
Only goods purchased in the last 14 days can be returned. Proof of purchase will be required, such as a dispatch note or an invoice. Email us for a returns label for which the cost will be deducted from your refund or arrange to send it to us yourself. A full refund excluding shipping costs will be processed, if returned items are in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, without any concealed or cosmetic damage. Please advise of the exact quantities, descriptions and relevant information from the original invoice supplied with the goods. Failure to do so may affect our ability to process your request.
For Mainland UK orders, items returned will be subject to no handling charge. For internation orders, items returned will be subject to a 25% handling fee. Any customs delivery/collection arrangements and fees are the responsibility of the international buyer. In order to prevent damage all returned goods must be suitably packaged. Goods to be returned at the cost of the Buyer.
We cannot accept the return of special order goods.
Damaged Goods or Goods Delivered in Error
Goods dispatched by third party carriers are at the customer’s risk. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for damages both concealed (internal) and cosmetic (external) upon delivery. Please email a photograph of the damaged item, and it’s packaging to mail@heating-parts.co.uk. Customers must ensure that they thoroughly check their order as HPS shall have no liability in respect of goods lost or damaged in transit unless HPS is notified as to the nature and extent of damage within 2 days of receipt [courier] of delivery, or in the event of loss within 10 days of date of invoice.
HPS will arrange collection at our expense. No further charges, such as re-handling, will be applied.
Once received and proof of purchase verified a replacement item will be dispatched free of charge at the earliest convenience. This is subject to the goods being signed for as ‘damaged’ and reported in the timeframe outlined above.
Collection of the goods will be arranged for a convenient date. No carriage charges will apply.
Faulty Goods
Goods which are proven defective by reason of faulty materials or workmanship at the date of delivery or up to twelve months from such date by the manufacturers testing facility will be replaced by HPS free of charge or at its sole discretion to issue a credit to the Buyer.
Goods which have been rendered faulty by alteration treatment processing or misuse by the buyer will invalidate all warranties and will not be processed. Goods will be returned at the cost of the Buyer.
Goods returned outside of the warranty period will not be processed. Goods will be returned at the cost of the Buyer.
