The MDPE Equal Elbow (25mm) is a high-strength, compression fitting designed to create a secure 90-degree bend in a 25mm Blue or Black MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) pipe run. This fitting is essential for navigating corners in underground trenches or directing water service pipes into a building through a duct.

Configuration: Equal Elbow – Features two identical 25mm compression ports:

Port 1 & 2: Both ports receive 25mm MDPE pipe, utilizing a captive O-ring for the seal and a split-ring (grab ring) for mechanical pull-out resistance.

Pressure Rating: Rated for a working pressure of up to 16 bar, making it suitable for high-pressure mains water applications.

Installation Method: Heat-Free Mechanical Joint – No specialized tools or heat are required. The fitting is tightened by hand and finished with a strap wrench or dedicated MDPE spanner to ensure a permanent, watertight seal.
