Installation Guidelines

Support: Any flue run exceeding 1 meter must be supported with Vaillant-approved flue brackets (standard practice is one bracket per meter).

Fall: Horizontal flue runs should maintain a slight fall back toward the boiler (usually 3° or 52mm per meter) to allow condensate to drain back into the boiler's trap.

Lubrication: Use a silicone-based grease on the rubber seals to ensure a smooth, secure push-fit connection without tearing the gaskets.

Maximum Length: Always refer to the specific boiler manual to ensure the total flue length (including elbows and extensions) does not exceed the maximum allowable distance for the fan's capacity.
