The 3/4" Brass Blanking Cap is a heavy-duty threaded fitting used to seal off a 3/4" BSP (British Standard Pipe) male connection. This is an essential component for decommissioning outlets, sealing unused valve ports, or capping off domestic appliances.

Unlike a "plug," which has external threads to fit into a hole, this Cap has internal threads to fit over a male-threaded pipe end or valve. It is supplied with a rubber or fiber washer to ensure a watertight compression seal without the need for messy thread sealants like PTFE tape.
