Engineering & Material Specifications

• Material Composition: Fabricated from high-grade Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). This thermoplastic provides superior structural rigidity, high impact strength, and excellent resistance to chemical corrosion from household detergents and high-temperature waste discharge.
• Interface Mechanism: Features a high-performance EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber seal. This push-fit gasket provides a multi-lip compression seal that accommodates thermal expansion and contraction of the waste pipe without compromising the joint's vacuum or pressure rating.
• Dimensional Specification: Specifically machined for 40mm (nominal) outer diameter (OD) plastic waste pipes. The external geometry is designed to seat flush into a standard 110mm FloPlast boss pipe or synthetic rubber boss insert.
• Thermal Endurance: Engineered to maintain structural stability under intermittent discharge temperatures of up to 90°C, making it suitable for connection to washing machines and dishwashers.
