The Keyplumb 12mm Eurocone Connector is a specialized compression fitting used to connect 12mm plastic pipe (typically PEX or PERT) to an underfloor heating manifold. Installation Best Practices

O-ring Protection: Use a 12mm calibration tool or a small amount of silicone lubricant to ensure the O-rings slide into the pipe without being pinched or torn.

Tightening: Tighten the nut by hand until firm, then apply a 1/2 to 3/4 turn with a spanner. Because 12mm pipe has a smaller surface area, over-tightening can lead to "necking" (crushing) the pipe.
