The Keyplumb 4-Port UFH Manifold is the central distribution hub for an underfloor heating system covering up to four individual floor zones or loops. Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, this manifold is designed to manage the flow and return of heated water to each circuit with precision.

It comes pre-assembled on a wall-mounting bracket and is fully compatible with standard UFH components, including mixing valves and thermal actuators.

Key Features and Specifications

Ports: 4 Flow ports and 4 Return ports.

Material: Corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel.

Flow Meters: Integrated adjustable flow meters (0.5 – 5.0 L/min) on the flow bar for balancing each loop.

Return Valves: Manual caps on the return bar, which can be replaced with electrical thermal actuators for independent zone control.

Connections: * Main Inlet: 1" BSP Female (for connection to a mixing valve/pump set).

Loop Outlets: 3/4" Eurocone (EK) (for use with 16mm Eurocone Adaptors).

Included: Manual air vents, drain/fill valves, and heavy-duty mounting brackets.

Installation and Balancing

Loop Lengths: Each of the 4 ports can typically handle up to 100m–110m of 16mm PERT-AL-PERT pipe.

Balancing: Use the red flow meters to ensure each loop receives the correct volume of water. Shorter loops require the flow to be "throttled back" to ensure the longer loops receive enough heat.

Commissioning: The integrated drain and fill valves allow you to flush each loop individually to remove air and debris before the system is pressurized.
