Same Day Dispatch
Place your order before 4 pm, and for in-stock items, it will be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday). If ordered after the cutoff time, it will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next available working day. Items marked 'Delivery Usually in 3-5 days' are excluded from Same Day Dispatch.

• 1-2 Day Delivery: Orders over £150 (excluding VAT) qualify for free Next Day delivery (Mainland UK), sent via DPD Next day.

Boiler Delivery
For items like boilers, tanks, and other large products that cannot be sent via standard delivery:
Delivery to anywhere in the UK: £99.99 + VAT.
Delivery within London (up to 10 miles from Woodford Green, E18 2QB): £34.99 + VAT.
Alternatively, these items can be collected from the branch.

Bank Holiday Deliveries
We are unable to dispatch orders on Bank Holidays. If you place an order during a Bank Holiday period and select Next Day Delivery, please allow an extra day for your order to arrive.

Next Day Delivery
Place your order by 4 pm Monday to Friday to receive it the next working day. Orders placed on Fridays will arrive on Monday unless you choose Parcelforce or Royal Mail, which may result in a different delivery schedule. The delivery driver may take photographic evidence of the parcel being delivered.

Collection at Our Trade Counters
You can collect your order at our Bridgwater or London branches at no extra cost.

• In-stock items: Ready for immediate collection or within 24 hours.
• Out-of-stock items: We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. For urgent collections, we recommend calling ahead to confirm stock availability.

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery for Mainland UK orders based on the order value (excluding VAT):

• Orders £150+ (excluding VAT): Free Next Day DPD Delivery (1-2 working days)

For all other orders, delivery charges are calculated based on weight and location. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed by any of our couriers.

FAQ

• What happens if no one is available to take delivery?
  The courier will leave a calling card with details on how to reschedule delivery or collect your parcel.
• Is delivery guaranteed?
  Unfortunately, delivery is not guaranteed. Once the items leave our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of our couriers (Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD). You can choose a courier at checkout.
• Can I request delivery without a signature?
  Yes, but please note this is at your own risk, as neither we nor the courier’s insurance will cover loss or damage for 'Leave without Signature' deliveries. If you opt for this, please specify a safe, dry location away from recycling/refuse bins.
• Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
  Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during checkout.
• When will I receive my order?
  Orders placed before 4 pm are dispatched the same day, with Next Day Delivery for Mainland UK if selected. Allow 3-5 extra days for deliveries to Ireland, Northern Scotland, the Channel Islands, or postcodes starting with AB, BT, DD7-11, FX17-22, and other remote locations.
  • Which delivery option applies to my location?
    For postcodes AB31-56, BT, FK17-21, IV31-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH15-41, PH49-99, select 'Ireland & Northern Scotland.'
  • For postcodes HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-78, PO30-41, PH42-44 & TR21, ZE, select 'Scottish Islands.'
  • For postcodes GY1-9 & JE1-4, select 'Channel Islands.'
