Returns

Returns Policy

Only goods purchased within the last 14 days can be returned. Proof of purchase, such as a dispatch note or invoice, will be required. Please email us for a returns label. The cost of the returns label will be deducted from your refund, or you can arrange to send the item back yourself.

  • A full refund, excluding shipping costs, will be processed if the returned items are in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition, without any concealed or cosmetic damage.
  • Please provide the exact quantities, descriptions, and relevant information from the original invoice supplied with the goods. Failure to do so may affect our ability to process your return.

Return Handling Fees

  • Mainland UK orders: No handling charge will be applied to returned items.
  • International orders: Returned items will be subject to a 25% handling fee. Any customs delivery/collection arrangements and fees are the responsibility of the international buyer.

In all cases, the goods must be suitably packaged to prevent damage during return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exclusions
We cannot accept the return of special order goods.

Damaged Goods or Goods Delivered in Error

Goods dispatched by third-party carriers are at the customer’s risk. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for both concealed (internal) and cosmetic (external) damage upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email a photograph of the damaged item and its packaging to mail@heating-parts.co.uk.
  • You must notify us of the nature and extent of the damage within 2 days of receiving the delivery. In the case of lost goods, you must notify us within 10 days of the invoice date.

Once you notify us and provide proof of purchase, HPS will arrange collection at our expense, and no further charges, such as re-handling fees, will be applied.

  • A replacement item will be dispatched free of charge at the earliest convenience, subject to the goods being signed for as 'damaged' and reported within the timeframes outlined above.

Faulty Goods

Goods proven to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship at the date of delivery, or up to twelve months after delivery as determined by the manufacturer's testing facility, will be replaced by HPS free of charge. Alternatively, at our sole discretion, we may issue a credit to the buyer.

  • Goods rendered faulty due to alteration, treatment, processing, or misuse by the buyer will invalidate all warranties and will not be processed. These goods will be returned at the cost of the buyer.
  • Goods returned outside the warranty period will not be processed and will also be returned at the buyer's cost.
