Which payment method can I use on this web site?

The secure payment method we use is SagePay.  Sage Pay will take most credit and debit cards.

How can I see the product prices with or without VAT?

Click the icon 'Prices' which is found underneath the Login on the right hand side of the top navigation bar.  This alternates the view between showing all parts with VAT already calculated and no VAT to help improve your search..

Which carrier will you use to deliver my order?

For Mainland UK orders, a courier can be selected at checkout. Using the contact information you supplied you will receive either an email or text giving you a one hour delivery time slot, as well as, further options to enable you to update delivery instructions.

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD. For urgent deliveries please use DPD next day as it has been the most reliable. Royal Mail/ Parcelforce is a good cheaper alternative if you are more flexible with delivery times.
