Bridgwater is OPEN ~ from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Pulborough Branch is temporarily CLOSED until 30th June 2020
Stock Prices and Availability ~ generally we expect to fulfill orders next day or within 3-5 days as stated, however, due to the current situation we are unable to guarantee these time frames. The supplies and prices of PPE equipment is constantly under review and prices are subject to change without notice. Please ring the Bridgwater branch for availibility.
Payment ~ we ask that account payments are please paid ON TIME to avoid delays to the supply chain. Cheques cannot be accepted currently due to social distancing, we are not able to bank them so we request account payments are made via Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card. (We cannot accept American Express)
HPS Trade Counters ~ Customers, delivery drivers etc will not be permitted inside the trade counter areas. Orders for Collection, please let the branch know what time you will be picking up the goods and the order will be labelled and placed into the 'collection area' being set up outside the counter area. Deliveries are to be placed under cover at the usual delivery door.
Delivery and Signatures ~ will be made by DPD LOCAL or ROYAL MAIL. Our own van service has now ceased. Special Delivery 1pm is now being handled by the Royal Mail as a next-day service. Your delivery driver may ask you NOT to sign the keypad, instead, with your permission, will sign it on your behalf.
