Delivery

 

What do I do if no-one is available to take delivery?

The courier will leave a calling card and inform you as to whether delivery will be attempted again or if you need to collect your parcel.

 

Can i have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, there there is an opportunity for you to enter your delivery address.

 

 

Technical/Stock

 

I'm having trouble fitting the part, can you help?

We can only provide certain technical data sheets, we strongly advise that an appropriate qualified and certified person maintains your appliance.

 

Can I have a catalogue sent to me?

Yes, simply click here to email us or enter your request on our Contact Us page. Don't forget to give us your address!

 

How do I return faulty items?

  1. You will need your order reference number & the details of the stock item to be returned.
  2. Email sales@heating-parts.co.uk or telephone 01278 455391.
  3. We will arrange for collection of the item by one of our carriers.
  4. Return the item in is original condition including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier.
  5. We will then despatch a replacement from our warehouse or process refund once your returns are received.

I do not want to be emailed with news or future offers-how do I prevent this?

We do not keep records and certainly will only email you at your request. All information is shredded and recycled. If you would like to unsubscribe, please use the unsubscribe facility available on the Contact Us page.

 

What are the benefits of having a trade account?

Most of our account customers are heating engineers who benefit from credit facilities (subject to references), lower prices, quantity discounts and special offers.

 

Do I have to have an account to buy from you?

No. You can purchase goods by using your credit card using a secure online transaction facility or by post sending a cheque for the requisite amount. This can be calculated by entering your selected items into the shopping cart which will automatically price them, adding VAT and delivery.

 

How do I open an account?

Simply click here and print out the Account Application form returning it to us by fax on 01278 444889 or post to H.P.S. Ltd, 2a Yeo Road, BRIDGWATER, Somerset, TA6 5NA or fill out the form and email it to sales@heating-parts.co.uk

 

What does it mean to sign in/save my details?

Signing in is a feature offered by us to make your checkout process quicker and easier. You will have the choice of saving your details once, then for all future transactions simply enter a username and password. You can also view your order history and account details.
